Why we ask
Corporate accounts, repeat clients, and reservations within 24 hours require a card on file, plus a photo of the cardholder's license so we can confirm the two names match. This protects you — nobody else can put your card on file with us — and protects us while we hold your vehicle and chauffeur for your trip.
What happens next
You submit your card and license
Encrypted submission goes directly to KNY Limo reservation staff.
We verify your identity
Staff confirm the name on your license matches the name on the card. No charge is made.
Kept only as long as needed
Held for the trip you authorize, and deleted whenever you ask us to.
Our promises to you
We will never charge your card without prior written confirmation of the trip total.
Your license image is used only to verify identity and is kept no longer than 12 months.
You can request removal of your card and license image at any time by emailing info@knylimo.com.
