By booking a service with KNY Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact information. Payment is due at the time of service unless a corporate account has been established. We accept major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fare. Airport transfers require 24-hour notice; special events may require longer notice periods.
For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international arrivals, measured from the actual landing time. Additional wait time is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. KNY Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund if a passenger engages in dangerous, destructive, or illegal behavior. Passengers are liable for any damage caused to vehicles.
KNY Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
